Create a payment reference, then send the exact amount from your bank using Zelle. Put the reference in the payment memo. Creating a reference does not send a Zelle payment request or charge your bank account.

Credit is added only after an administrator verifies the incoming payment in the bank. An email notification or “payment sent” message alone does not add credit. If the memo is missing or the amount is different, contact support. Check the recipient name in your bank before sending. Bank limits and fees may apply.
