Labelistan, the customer-facing brand of Jupiter Digital Marketing LLC and operator of Label Desk and Label Desk Pro, uses your mobile number, selected wallet threshold, SMS consent and opt-out records to provide the optional wallet alert service. We also record submission and delivery status so repeated checks do not create duplicate alerts.
Phone numbers and consent records are stored encrypted in our application database. When SMS service is enabled, the destination phone number and alert message are sent to Twilio and telecommunications carriers to deliver the message. Wallet alert texts include the current wallet balance and a link to the customer portal, but do not contain your password, payment credentials or customer order details.
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support the messaging service. Twilio and carriers process delivery information under their applicable policies.
You can disable alerts in your account or reply STOP. Opt-out and submission records are retained to honor your preferences and prevent duplicate messages. For privacy questions or a request to remove your mobile number from your account, contact hello@labelistan.com.
